The hotel was clean, with super clean rooms and a well-maintained breakfast area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was surprisingly good. The location was perfect, being very close to the center and also not too far from the train station, making it easy to explore all the major areas of this city.

Our room at Zanhotel was small but had opening windows which allowed a lovely breeze in. The location was excellent with easy access to many restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located in the old town and near the train station. Family-friendly room with comfortable beds and luxurious shower. Delicious breakfast with great variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy patio seating to relax and people watch.

Location was great, right on a main street and easily accessible. The hotel had a good breakfast with tasty desserts.
The room was outdated and in need of some maintenance. The shower cubicle was very small and uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I had a room on one of the higher floors and it had a setup that was both modern and comfortable, with good amenities. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was right in the shopping center and just a short 10-15 minutes walk from the central train station. It was also very convenient for sightseeing, as many of the main attractions were within a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus, with enough products to choose from and nice options for a post-sightseeing tea or aperol spritz.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near all the main sights in the center of town. It was straight forward to reach the main attractions in Bologna and conveniently close to the train station. The room was large and comfortable, with a good-sized bed and a quiet atmosphere that allowed for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. there was a convenient parking area close by for guests.
There were some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
